Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based on-site in Qesm El Maadi. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing and executing effective hiring strategies. This role involves working closely with department managers to understand hiring needs, conducting interviews, and driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The individual will also ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Experienced in conducting professional Hiring and Interviewing processes effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of creating and implementing Employer Branding strategies to elevate the organization's market presence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience within an international or educational organization is a plus.
