This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Qesm El Maadi. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role also involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies, fostering relationships with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, managing interview processes, and ensuring an engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding talent
• Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess candidates effectively
• Experience in Employer Branding, showcasing the ability to position the organization as an employer of choice
• Expertise in Recruiting strategies and techniques to attract top talent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates
• Knowledge of local labor laws and best HR practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
