Role Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing talent strategies, and leading a team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. You will partner closely with business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational goals and ensure a strong talent pipeline across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality and diverse talent
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Manage, mentor, and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and KPIs
- Drive employer branding initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals
- Oversee screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure quality hiring decisions
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and future roles
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and organizational standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 23 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience handling high-volume and leadership hiring
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, and Bayt.com
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
