Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to offshore hiring, experience supporting large-scale recruitment operations, and a proven track record in hiring for the US market. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build robust talent pipelines across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
  • Build long-term hiring plans for critical roles, workforce expansion, and talent forecasting.

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and executive-level roles across multiple departments.
  • Oversee offshore hiring operations, ensuring quality, speed, and seamless collaboration between global teams.
  • Lead recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with US hiring managers.
  • Drive mass hiring, niche recruitment, and project-based staffing as needed.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and global networks.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social platforms to attract top talent.
  • Partner with external vendors, agencies, and sourcing partners to support offshore and international hiring.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Employer Branding

  • Enhance the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, partnerships, and career events.
  • Ensure the candidate experience is consistent, positive, and aligned with company values.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, etc.) and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Continuously optimize hiring processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven experience in offshore recruitment, preferably supporting US, UK, or global markets.
  • Strong background in US hiring, including familiarity with US job markets, roles, recruitment practices, and compliance basics.
  • Experience managing high-volume hiring, technical recruitment, and senior-level placements.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
