Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage full recruitment cycle for assigned roles (white & blue collar if applicable).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
- Prepare interview feedback reports and ensure fair & structured evaluation.
- Generate job offers, negotiate packages within internal grading & salary structures.
- Ensure onboarding documentation and hiring process completion.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools).
- Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for critical roles.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research when needed.
- Participate in career fairs, university recruitment initiatives and internship programs.
Employer Branding
- Contribute to employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing/communications to create hiring content & posts.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout all hiring stages.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain ATS records and ensure accuracy of recruitment data.
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Track KPIs (time to hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate with HR operations to ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Prepare onboarding schedules and communicate with relevant teams.
- Follow up on probation evaluation process with line managers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (preferably corporate or real estate environment).
Solid experience in screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.
