Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
