Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, director, and niche roles, driving executive search mandates across multiple business verticals.

About the Role

This role requires a hands-on recruitment experience with deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), executive search methodologies, and headhunting, capable of partnering directly with senior stakeholders and leadership teams. We have two roles, One in Dubai and another Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Senior-Level Hiring
  • Own and deliver Director, Senior Management, and Critical Niche roles across functions and geographies.
  • Lead confidential and strategic executive search assignments, including passive candidate mapping and discreet outreach.
  • Partner closely with CXOs, Business Heads, and HR leadership to define role scope, hiring strategy, and success profiles.
  • Headhunting & Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence for leadership and niche skill hiring.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior professionals and industry leaders.
  • Advise stakeholders on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring risks.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) & Sourcing Excellence
  • Leverage advanced LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) techniques, including boolean search, talent insights, and pipeline analytics.
  • Drive proactive sourcing for hard-to-find and leadership talent.
  • Build and manage high-quality passive talent pipelines.
  • Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Challenge and refine hiring requirements to ensure realistic, market-aligned outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Process, Governance & Employer Branding
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies, local labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, especially for leadership hiring.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs: time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of strong recruitment experience, with a heavy focus on senior, director, and niche hiring.
  • Proven background in executive search, headhunting, or retained search environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) and passive sourcing strategies.
  • Strong experience hiring across multiple industries or specialized verticals.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and advisory skills at senior leadership level.
  • Ability to work independently in high-pressure, confidential, and high-impact hiring scenarios.
  • Strong negotiation, assessment, and candidate-management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in GCC / Middle East markets is highly desirable.
  • Prior exposure to consulting, executive search firms, or in-house leadership hiring teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value, and confidential mandates.
