Job Summary:
The main purpose of the Talent Acquisition Specialist role is to support the implementation of effective recruitment and employer branding strategies that attract and retain high-caliber talent. The role ensures a smooth and professional candidate experience while promoting the organization's image as an employer of choice.
Duties:
1.Execute the approved manpower plan in coordination with department heads to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs aligned with business priorities.
2.Collect hiring requirements and prepare job postings through the most effective sourcing channels to reach qualified candidates.
3.Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interviews to ensure a fair and efficient selection process.
4.Prepare and issue job offers, and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
5.Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accurate and accessible records for reporting and tracking.
6.Track recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate to identify areas for process enhancement.
7.Participate in organizing career fairs, university engagement activities, and recruitment events to attract emerging talent.
8.Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent employer branding messages across all platforms.
9.Research labor market trends and benchmark employer branding practices to propose continuous improvements.
Experience:
1: 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or employer branding within a corporate environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruitment platforms is preferred.
