Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in El Tagamoa El Khames. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet company workforce needs. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements, managing the recruitment process, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and optimizing recruitment strategies to find the best candidates. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to acquiring talent aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Recruitment and Talent Sourcing skills, including designing job descriptions and leveraging various platforms to identify top-tier candidates
  • Interviewing Techniques and Candidate Assessment skills to evaluate applicants effectively
  • Communication and Collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with hiring managers and external partners
  • Ability to manage recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes to meet deadlines and organizational needs
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR software tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or HR is preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
