Job Description

This position is responsible for end to end talent acquisition for the organisation, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring and on boarding the right talent in order to support the business need.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • To plan and deliver Talent Acquisition strategies across the Organisation, that supports the business in achieving its objectives.
  • Develop and manage the recruitment budget ensuring cost is within the budget.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Work with Heads of Departments and Line Managers to identify the manpower needs for the year and create a recruitment plan to manage the same
  • Identify current and future talent needs and proactively source and recruit, working with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, and organisation culture and negotiate salary.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs, university open days/ campus recruitment as a means to widen the sourcing pool.
  • Develop and implement the applicant tracking system to for accurate data to measure performance of the talent acquisition function.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on marketplace trends, talent availability and analysis of competitors.
  • Develop talent pipeline and relationships to ensure the availability of talent when required for critical roles
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process of new joiners.
  • Confirm joining date with dept and candidate and arrange necessary assets/requirements with IT

  • Support with the Emiratization plan of the organization in compliance with the labour law.
