Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience hiring across different functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS or HR systems is a plus.
