Responsibilities:

  • Handle hiring for blue collars and white collars.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment campaigns
  • Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, hiring success, and sourcing efficiency
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Maintain recruitment reports from the ERP system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in blue collars and white collars.
  • Experience in facility and high-volume hiring is highly preferred
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
