Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring for our real estate division. This role is heavily focused on active sourcing, headhunting, and building a consistent pipeline of quality agents.

Your success here comes down to speed, sourcing strength, and your ability to attract real producers in a competitive market.

What You Will Be Doing

Own the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing to onboarding

Build and maintain a strong agent pipeline through headhunting, networking, and job portals

Screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively

Position Banke's culture, achievements, and commission-driven structure to attract top performers

Track KPIs and improve hiring speed and quality

Write and optimize job ads across LinkedIn and other platforms

Manage interviews and ensure seamless candidate communication

Keep ATS and reports updated and accurate

Identify niche talent through targeted, proactive searches

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience end-to-end

What We're Looking For

24 years of recruitment experience (real estate or sales hiring preferred)

Strong understanding of the UAE market

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to juggle multiple roles in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Highly organized, proactive, and resilient

Bachelor's degree preferred

English required; extra languages are a plus

Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing platforms
