We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support the needs of our growing organization. Responsibilities include building and enhancing employer branding, fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will deliver innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best fit for our organization's culture and goals.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent.
• Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing, demonstrating ability to match candidates with roles effectively.
• Experience in Employer Branding and Recruiting to enhance organizational reputation and attract top candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building professional relationships.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate recruitment strategies and improve hiring practices.
• Previous experience in the entertainment, sports, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
