Talent Acquisition Specialist/Officer

With 3 to 5 years of dedicated recruitment experience, you already understand the unique landscape of healthcare hiring. You will be the driving force behind sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for specialized roles ranging from Medical Sales Representatives and Product Specialists to Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Industry-Specific Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized roles within the medical supplies, consumables, and medical equipment divisions.
- Strategic Partnering: Consult closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical, clinical, and regulatory requirements of each open requisition.
- Targeted Talent Sourcing: Utilize specialized healthcare job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, medical networking events, and industry associations to build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates not only for cultural fit and soft skills but also for their understanding of the medical supplies market, compliance standards, and product knowledge.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain and nurture a robust network of industry professionals (e.g., Key Account Managers, Biomedical Engineers, QA/RA Specialists) to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company at medical industry career fairs, university events, and healthcare conferences.
- Process Management: Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining accurate, real-time data and pipeline reporting within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications & Skills
- Required Experience: Exactly 3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a mandatory focus on the medical supplies, medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical industry terminology, specialized job functions, and general regulatory/compliance environments.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search) to find niche talent in the healthcare sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clinical and technical professionals.
- Execution: Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple specialized requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
