Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient hiring process and support the growth of our talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process
- Assist with the development and posting of job descriptions
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
