wWe are supporting a business consulting firm undergoing growth and evolution across the product and digital space. This role is a replacement hire and will focus on transactional and operational recruitment activities while acting as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders
.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take end-to-end ownership of hiring processes and directly source talent across product and digital functions. The environment suits someone who is proactive, commercially aware, confident in stakeholder engagement, and motivated to grow with the business

- sCoordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processe
- sSupport evolving hiring needs as the business expand
- sMaintain candidate engagement and stakeholder communication throughout the proces
