Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through hiring platforms, networking, and headhunting
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or sales experience in real estate.
• Knowledge of hiring platforms and headhunting experience are mandatory.
• Professional English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Multilingual preferred
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
