About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in Cairo, Egypt and supports end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions across GCC, Egypt and North Africa. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The TA Specialist ensures a positive candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment data in the ATS, and helps build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support workforce plans across assigned business lines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for junior to mid-level roles, from job briefing through offer acceptance.
- Support hiring requirements across GCC, Egypt and North African countries, coordinating with regional stakeholders and candidates.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other appropriate channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates suitability based on role requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, sharing candidate profiles, and collecting feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer preparation and coordination with HR and hiring managers, including basic offer discussions within approved frameworks.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs, including graduate and early-career talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation in the ATS (SAP SuccessFactors) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives as required.
- Stay informed on regional talent market trends and apply best practices to improve sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience and 3 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably within engineering, HVAC, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Prior experience hiring for GCC and/or North African markets is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously (approximately 8 - 10 requisitions).
- Solid understanding of recruitment fundamentals, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience using ATS and HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or French language skills are an advantage.
