Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in mass hiring to support large-scale recruitment campaigns for customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring processes, ensuring speed, quality, and efficiency while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for large hiring volumes, particularly for customer service advisor roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment drives.
- Execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, agencies).
- Conduct bulk screenings, assessments, and interviews to meet hiring targets.
- Organize and facilitate assessment centers, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in mass hiring / bulk recruitment, preferably in BPO or customer service industries.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume recruitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
