Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within EYouth. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process. Daily tasks include posting job ads, building and maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection decisions. The role also involves contributing to employer branding efforts, enhancing candidate experience, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent.
• Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques, with the ability to assess candidate skills and organizational fit.
• Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization's culture and value proposition to prospective candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and online recruiting tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in education technology or a growth-oriented organization in the Middle East or Africa is an advantage.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Maadi, Cairo.

• Job Type: Full-time

• Days off: 2 Days (Friday and Saturday)

• Work from home: 4 days per month
