About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed. You will partner closely with business leaders to ensure hiring targets are met and contribute directly to the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple roles
- Lead and execute mass hiring initiatives within tight timelines
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across channels
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate tracking of pipelines, offers, and hiring progress
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency
KPIs & Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of monthly hiring targets
- Time-to-fill and time-to-hire efficiency
- Pipeline conversion rates (screening interview offer hire)
- Offer acceptance rate
- Quality of hires and retention within probation period
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mass hiring
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Background in a fast-paced / high-growth environment is highly preferred
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
- Highly results-driven, proactive, and resilient
