Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's employment needs. He/she should proactively approach, identify and engage with potential candidates, as well as build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment tactics to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a database for future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in engineering consultancy and/or construction fields experience in other fields is a plus
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
