Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's employment needs. He/she should proactively approach, identify and engage with potential candidates, as well as build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment tactics to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a database for future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in engineering consultancy and/or construction fields experience in other fields is a plus
  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
