Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is suited to someone early in their career who is confident on the phone and comfortable with high-volume outreach.

You will be responsible for proactive candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment pipelines, while working closely with senior management to support ongoing hiring across the business.

Applicants must have a minimum of six months experience as either a recruiter or a real estate broker. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
