Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dubai team, onsite.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience and strong sourcing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Define hiring profiles and job requirements for open positions.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels (local job platforms, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct skilled and proactive active outreach on LinkedIn to engage passive candidates.
  • Manage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, and facilitate pre-interview assessments.
  • Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic workforce planning.
  • Document recruitment processes and maintain strong relationships with candidates and past applicants.
  • Develop hiring strategies in line with industry trends and stay informed on recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong active sourcing and headhunting experience.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and ability to apply them throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective sourcing platforms and recruitment channels.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates for various rolesand compile shortlists.
  • Skilled in conducting candidate screening calls.
  • Strong understanding of delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to promote and represent the employer brand professionally.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.

  • Previous work experience in forex or finance trading industry

  • Experience leading structured interviews
