Job Description

  • Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate the administrative functions of an HR department.
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
  • Create and publish job ads and posts in various portals.
  • Collaborate with managers to set qualifications for future employees.
  • Collaborate with Managers for Technical interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Experience conducting CBI interviews.
  • STM including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates.
