Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Elevate, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the business by attracting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier real estate professionals.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on headhunting high-performing agents, building long-term talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your success in this role will directly impact company performance and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and operational roles
- Source, screen, interview, and close high-calibre real estate professionals
- Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, motivation, cultural fit, and market knowledge
Talent Sourcing & Headhunting
- Proactively headhunt top-performing agents using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
Pipeline & Stakeholder Management
- Track all candidate activity accurately through CRM and recruitment systems
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure a smooth, professional, and high-touch recruitment journey
- Work closely with leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives
Employer Branding
- Partner with marketing to strengthen Elevate's employer brand across LinkedIn and social platforms
- Promote company culture, success stories, and career opportunities to attract elite talent
Onboarding & Reporting
- Coordinate with HR and Admin teams to ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment KPIs (applications sourced, interviews conducted, hires made)
- Provide regular recruitment performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- Experience: 12 years in recruitment (real estate preferred; sales, agency, or high-volume recruitment also considered)
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and brokerage landscape
- Technical Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Language: Fluent in English
- Mindset: Energetic, persuasive, highly organised, and target-driven
