Park St. Developments is hiring the following position - Talent Acquisition Specialist (2 - 3)Years of Exp.
Work Location: New Cairo
Responsibilities
- Post jobs on all available sourcing channels including LinkedIn,Facebook, recruitment websites and other social media sites.
- Document interview results (accepted/rejected/ waiting, etc... for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screening.
- Prepare and send job offer and follow up on the starting date.
- Manage onboarding and new hiring process.
- Follow up on the orientation process of the newly hired
- employees.
- Prepare a pool of qualified candidates in advance for the critical positions (High turnover).
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
- Office (Word-Excel) is a must.
