Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical, administrative, and corporate positions, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across SG Group. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Cairo and involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and design effective selection criteria. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain talent pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience that aligns with SG Group's values and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess competencies, cultural alignment, and role fit objectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, contributing to SG Group's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in aesthetics and healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or aesthetics recruitment environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
