Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in mass hiring and full-cycle recruitment

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in New Cairo, Cairo.

Location: New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt

Work model: Full-time, on-site

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional platforms, referrals, and other channels
• Screen CVs and applications and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Administer candidate assessments and support selection decisions
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process
• Support offer management and onboarding
• Maintain talent pools for future vacancies
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
• Support other HR activities as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
• 2+ years of professional Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
• At least 1 year of experience in mass/volume hiring
• Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle
• C1 English level or above – mandatory
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and making/recommending selection decisions
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Good knowledge of interview techniques and candidate screening methods
• Experience with a variety of sourcing channels and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• BPO experience is a plus
