We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dubai team, onsite.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience and strong sourcing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Define hiring profiles and job requirements for open positions.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (local job platforms, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct skilled and proactive active outreach on LinkedIn to engage passive candidates.
- Manage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, and facilitate pre-interview assessments.
- Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic workforce planning.
- Document recruitment processes and maintain strong relationships with candidates and past applicants.
- Develop hiring strategies in line with industry trends and stay informed on recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong active sourcing and headhunting experience.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and ability to apply them throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
- Advanced knowledge of effective sourcing platforms and recruitment channels.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates for various rolesand compile shortlists.
- Skilled in conducting candidate screening calls.
- Strong understanding of delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to promote and represent the employer brand professionally.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
