We are seeking aTalent Acquisition Specialistto join our Dubai team,onsite. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to gather detailed role requirements and success criteria.
- Draft clear and compelling job descriptions.
- Create and publish engaging and original job advertisements to promote open roles across relevant platforms.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards referrals and other appropriate channels.
- Conduct structured screening calls.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation and timely status updates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare structured candidate summaries and interview reports.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline status, source effectiveness) and provide updates to HR leadership when required.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong active sourcing and headhunting experience.
- Strong understanding of delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
- Advanced knowledge of effective recruitment channels.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates for various rolesand compile shortlists.
- Skilled in conducting candidate screening calls.
- Ability to promote and represent the employer brand professionally.
