Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in New Cairo for a full-time, on-site role. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for building strong employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Maintaining a talent pipeline and utilizing innovative recruitment strategies are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring strategies
• Knowledge of Employer Branding and creating effective recruitment campaigns
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and teams
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Experience in an HR or talent acquisition role; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
