Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor located in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee recruitment processes, manage sourcing strategies, and collaborate with department heads to identify talent requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or related field.
• 58 years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of competency models, recruitment tools & assessments.
• Advanced MS Office & HRIS experience; ATS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, project coordination & organization skills.
• Fluent in English.
