Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting our business growth and expansion.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-performing teams, driving recruitment strategies, and leading talent acquisition operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring timely and effective hiring delivery.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical, operational, and corporate roles.
- Drive headhunting initiatives for critical and senior positions.
- Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Coach and develop the recruitment team to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in EPC / Engineering / Construction recruitment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in headhunting and hiring for technical roles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Oracle systems is a plus.
