Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting our business growth and expansion.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-performing teams, driving recruitment strategies, and leading talent acquisition operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring timely and effective hiring delivery.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical, operational, and corporate roles.
  • Drive headhunting initiatives for critical and senior positions.
  • Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Coach and develop the recruitment team to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in EPC / Engineering / Construction recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in headhunting and hiring for technical roles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Oracle systems is a plus.
