The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing talent strategies that support employee growth, performance, engagement, and retention. This role works closely with HR leadership and department managers to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

Handling large-scale and blue-collar hiring needs efficiently and within set timelines.

Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, referrals, and social platforms.

Coordinating with department managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.

Maintaining a structured applicant database and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Preparing hiring reports and tracking recruitment metrics..

Support learning and development programs and training needs analysis

Manage performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.

23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven experience in blue-collar hiring.

Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
