Job Description
- Support Customer Experience Transformation initiatives and projects across CXD
- Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support the documentation, analysis, and validation of business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
- Support governance activities, including meeting coordination, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups
- Track project risks, issues, and action items, and support mitigation planning
- Assist in maintaining project plans, trackers, and PMO tools
Skills
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies
- Ability to document and structure business requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education
Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or any related field
