Job Description

  • Support Customer Experience Transformation initiatives and projects across CXD
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support the documentation, analysis, and validation of business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
  • Support governance activities, including meeting coordination, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups
  • Track project risks, issues, and action items, and support mitigation planning
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, trackers, and PMO tools

Skills

  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies
  • Ability to document and structure business requirements
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
