Role Description

This contract-based hybrid role, located in Cairo with the flexibility of partial remote work, is for a Team Leader at MetLife Egypt. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing team operations, guiding and mentoring team members, and ensuring achievement of performance targets. Daily tasks include monitoring workflows, resolving team challenges, ensuring high standards of customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and outcomes. Additionally, the role involves setting team goals, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate team members while fostering collaboration.
• Proficiency in workflow monitoring, performance evaluation, and problem-solving to ensure operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering teamwork, resolving conflicts, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Customer service expertise, with a focus on maintaining high-quality service delivery and exceeding expectations.

• Relevant leadership experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is an advantage.
