Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Customer Support Agent with a required English proficiency level of C1. The position is based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, troubleshooting technical challenges, and maintaining clear communication with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
Effective Communication skills to support clear interactions with clients
Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Proven experience in a similar customer support role is a plus
Proficient in English with a minimum C1 level certification
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of general technical concepts
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving the customer experience
University Degree (Technical Colleges preferred: CS, Engineering, etc)
