Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist (English speaker B2) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality customer experience. The role also involves managing customer interactions via phone with professionalism and adhering to industry-standard phone etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proficiency in delivering high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Fluency in English with a minimum B2 proficiency level
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
