What You'll Do:
- Develop comprehensive technical drawings and construction documents for interior design projects usingAutoCAD and Revit.
- Produce detailedFF&E drawings, schedules, specifications, and technical data sheets.
- Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and site engineers to ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases.
- Lead the technical coordination of interior packages, including joinery, millwork, ceilings, and fixed furnishings.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples for compliance with design and technical specifications.
- Conduct site visits to survey spaces and ensure adherence to technical drawings.
- Manage and update project documentation, ensuring all revisions are accurately recorded and distributed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experienceas a Technical Office Engineer, Draftsman, or similar role, specifically withininterior design projects.
- Advanced knowledge of interior construction detailing, materials, and methods.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revitis mandatory.
- In-depth understanding of the FF&E process,from sourcing and specification to technical drawing and installation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free, high-quality documentation.
