EgyCham is hiring Technical Office Manager for one of our clients in the Real Estate Industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Office Manager based in New Cairo. The Technical Office Manager will be responsible for managing technical drawings, overseeing project budgeting, and ensuring the efficient execution of project management tasks. The role also involves coordinating with teams and conducting technical research to support project development and execution effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture, or related field).
  • 10 to 15 years of experience as a Technical Office Manager.
  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry (specifically in commercial and mixed-use projects is a Must)
  • Strong experience in technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost control principles
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
