We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Officer with solid experience in landscape and construction projects. The role involves supporting technical operations across drafting, QA/QC, and quantity surveying functions, ensuring project documentation, quality standards, and cost control measures are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities:
- Support technical activities related to landscape and construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and drafting work, coordinating with design and site teams.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring QA/QC procedures, ensuring all works meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Support quantity surveying activities, including quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure proper execution of works.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records related to technical and project activities.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure smooth coordination between disciplines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in landscape and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of drafting, QA/QC, and quantity surveying (QS).
- Experience in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of project coordination and site execution processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; additional technical software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
