Technical Recruiter

NTG CLARITY is a global provider of network, telecom, IT, and infrastructure solutions for network service providers and medium to large enterprises. With over 500 professional team members and operations around the world, NTG Clarity partners with clients to provide a comprehensive range of design, documentation, and implementation services on an outsourcing or consulting basis.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at NTG Clarity in Giza. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, hiring, and communication with both candidates and hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter will design and implement staffing strategies to identify high-quality candidates and will be responsible for managing the hiring process and building candidate relationships.

• Strong capability in Technical Recruiting and general recruiting for IT-related roles
• Proven record of creating comprehensive sourcing strategies and performing full-life cycle recruiting
• Outstanding communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to manage and negotiate complex offers with candidates
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience working in the technology industry is a plus
