Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support, project coordination, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. Daily tasks include ensuring efficient project management, resolving technical and customer service issues, and working closely with clients and partners to deliver tailored solutions. The position requires attention to detail, timely responses, and collaboration to meet customer satisfaction and project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and solve technical issues effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely completion
• Experience providing Technical Support for testing equipment or related technical products
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in quality control or technical consultancy is a plus
