Job Title: Sales / Technical Engineer Generators Division (MEA Region)

Location: Dubai - UAE (travel required)

Role Summary

We are seeking IMMEDIATELY an experienced Sales / Technical Engineer to strengthen our Generators Division. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen to grow market presence, develop client relationships, and drive sales across the MEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand SINTRA's Generators business in MEA.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients during pre- and post-sales phases.
  • Build long-term relationships with OEMs, Distributors, and Contractors, End users...
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Represent SINTRA at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in generator sales or technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel and gas generator systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or French is an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
