Job Description

Requirements:

  • Asterisk experience in a call center environment
  • who understands how to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Linux, and Window Servers.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Resourceful, self-starter, problem-solver
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Administration, Windows Server 2016,2019,2022
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and DNS/DHCP
  • Experience with Dell workstations, Windows 10, Office 365.
  • Experience with Linux Servers.
  • Experience with network OSI model.
  • Knowledge of Asterisk Server and user configuration via command line.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills.
  • Able to think creatively and work effectively with limited supervision
  • Strong organization skills
  • Preferred: 2-4 years of experience with technical support to internal users in a mid-level IT environment
  • PC Imaging
  • Network Troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain desktops, printers, scanners including new deployment.
  • Setup new user accounts, set permissions and access, manage passwords, and maintain Active Directory, Exchange Mail and Office365.
  • Handle majority of IT questions, requests, and incidents from internal users.
  • Installs and maintains software updates including managing licenses.
  • Maintains printers and toner supply levels.
  • Tracks incidents in IT ticketing System and troubleshoots technical issues.
  • Deploys and maintains all workstation computers.
  • Add users to Asterisk phone server and configure SIP phones.
  • Basic Network configuration.

Additional:

  • Experience with Bash and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with MS-SQL, MySQL databases.
