Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, providing effective solutions, documenting customer interactions, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred
  • Basic IT knowledge or relevant technical certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Cairo, Egypt
